One of my colleagues applied for a job at WETA Workshop in beautiful NewZealand and asked for my help.
Being a brilliant render and rigging artist, he had one particular flaw - animation was just not his thing.
So he asked me to animate a short scene for his showreel, using his latest character: A Kiwi.
And just two months later, he was in NZ, starting his new dream job at WETA Digital - and I can proudly claim to be responsible for his success - if only by a very small amount...:)
